Mexi-Cali Layered Dip
A party favorite teamed up with Mi Ranchito, Mesa Grande or Buffalo Bill's Tortilla Chips!
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup salsa
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 ripe avocado
(peeled, seeded, and mashed)

1/2 med tomato, chopped
1/2 c. thinly sliced olives
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded marble jack/cheddar cheese |
Combine avocado, 2 tbsp of salsa, lemon juice and salt; mix well.
Stir in tomato. Spoon evenly onto bottom of shallow 1 qt. clear glass bowl.
Top with olives; cover and chill.
To serve, spread sour cream evenly over top.
Spoon remaining salsa over sour cream.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with your favorite Mi Ranchito, Mesa Grande or Buffalo Bill's tortilla chips.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
