The Great Western Tortilla Company was founded in 1980. Since the company was formed, it has kept pace with the customer's and consumer's demands by offering the most up-to-date packaging plus most popular and unique flavors.
Chips
Our Tortilla Chips are made from the finest, most expensive corn available. The corn is cooked in the original old fashioned way in that every batch is slow cooked by hand, insuring consistency and absolute quality. We are more concerned with what we are making, than how fast we are making them. You can bake them, fry them, and bag them automated, but you cannot prepare them automated. We are in the process of creating new and innovative functional food products within the organic category that have never been offered. As always, all our products are Kosher certified and 100% All Natural.

All products manufactured are Kosher certified by Scroll K.

Our manufacturing facility is organic certified by QAI (Quality Assurance International). Private Label 95%-100% Organic Certified products are available.

Only the highest quality 100% stone ground corn and masa flour is used in manufacturing.

Only the highest manufacturing standards are employed and maintained throughout the plant. HACCP Plan in place and functional.

Nitrogen flushing is available for extended shelf life.

Ability to respond to immediate and specialized needs including customized end use products.
